States: blocked → ready → approved → doing → done. Only a ready row can take Danny-only approve. Done unlocks dependents to ready; they do not auto-start.

Browser cache updated. Lasting wake: set state: "approved" in todos.json and append the line below to hooks/approved.jsonl, then push. Cursor GitHub listener (pr-pushed) dispatches SendToAgent. No webhook secret.

Danny-seat approve does not wake a khan (Danny is the user, not a bot).
